Reunion Notes
The 2024 Joseph Harmon Chavis Family Reunion was held Sunday, October 13, 2024 at Beaver Creek Baptist Church in Neeses, SC. There were 55 people were in attendance. The oldest person in attendance was Vermelle Chavis (89). The youngest in attendance was Waylon Williamson. The person who traveled the furthest was Mary Pickett from Myrtle Beach. Laurie Free guessed 65 mellowcreme pumpkins were in the jar and won the candy jar.
